Product Features: This machine employs a "dual-mode switching structure," using mechanical adjustments to quickly switch between leg extensions and leg curls, allowing the quadriceps and hamstrings to receive independent training stimulation.

In leg extension mode, the load is concentrated on the anterior thigh, helping to improve quadriceps strength and definition. In leg curl mode, the training focus shifts to the posterior thigh, providing more thorough contraction stimulation to the posterior chain muscles, thereby improving lower limb strength balance.

Instructions for Use: Before use, adjust the seat and support structure according to the training mode, aligning the joints with the machine's pivot points. 
Once in training, control the movement by actively engaging the target muscle groups: extend the knee joint in leg extension mode and flex the knee joint in leg curl mode.
